Scope
This policy describes the private Google Workspace MCP application operated by its account owner. It is intended for the owner’s connected Google accounts and is not offered as a public service.
Information the application can access
When the owner grants permission and requests an operation, the application may access data from the selected Google services, such as Gmail messages, Calendar events, Drive files, Docs, Sheets or Slides. The application receives only the access required by the granted Google permissions and the requested operation.
How information is used
Google data is used only to carry out the owner’s requests, show results to the owner, and maintain the local authorization needed to make later requests. The application does not sell Google data, use it for advertising, or use it to build profiles.
Storage and sharing
Authorization credentials and any locally retained results are stored in the owner’s local environment. Google data is not intentionally shared with other people or sold to third parties. Google’s own processing of data remains governed by Google’s terms and privacy policy.
Choices and removal
The owner can stop using the application, remove its local credentials, or revoke the application’s access from the relevant Google Account security settings. Questions can be sent to afernandez.fada@gmail.com.
